Our goal is to not only grow closer to Christ every day, but to also take the Good News to our communities, country and internationally. Our main international focus as of now is establishing relationships with pastors of the Dominican Republic.

We have been involved with ministry since the early 2000s as our humble beginnings started as we served the Lord in the mainstream church and held at-home bible studies. We have been involved with ministry since the early 2000s as our humble beginnings started as we served the Lord in the mainstream church and held at-home bible studies. From there God called Pastor Jason to bible school and the ministry launched from there. Along the course of time, we have been privileged to minister locally and in several nations of Latin America including Honduras, Panama, Belize, Dominican Republic, and Mexico. Within that time of ministry, we saw the Lord move in mighty ways as we noticed a true hunger for God in those nations. This ministry has always been focused on the 'souls of men' and spreading the Good News to every person.

The mission field has returned to America. Beginning late 2020, we as a family began to get involved in local protests against unrighteous and satanic policies being implemented into our country. Throughout this time, we were able to connect with fellow community members who shared the same values. We were led to begin sharing Jesus and hold evangelistic meetings at the property we assembled at and called it "Liberty Field." The Lord worked throughout Liberty Field in many wonderful ways. The most profound has been meeting believers that share the same vision of ministry as us. The Lord revealed to us a mobile outreach ministry focusing on taking the gospel from our homes, to our neighborhoods, our cities, to our country, and to the world. — 4 Him Mission was born.
Meet the 4 Him Mission Leadership Team
Jason Snoddy is the 4 Him Mission founding pastor over discipleship and evangelism. He is Texas born and raised and has been in the ministry for over 22 years. He was raised in church from birth and received his salvation at 9 years old. He will tell you that he was born with a Bible in one hand and a hammer in the other. Jason was raised in the traditional style church and grew up around ministries at his local church and Teen Challenge. Shortly after his born-again experience, Jason felt the call of God on his life as he witnessed the love of Jesus to his neighbors and friends. He has been married to his wife Verna for 23 years, has 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Jason also is a veteran of the United States Air Force as he was in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. After serving in various leadership capacities, Jason went on to earn his bachelor's degree in theology from Life Christian University. During the early years of ministry Jason led men's ministries, prayer leadership, various home groups, house church meetings and served anywhere God had a calling on his life. His foundational beliefs are found within the gospels and the book of Acts. He understands the principles of the 1st Century church and how they operated under the authority of Christ. Jason and his family have traveled across the world to share the gospel message to those in need. He has had the honor of preaching to the local churches in America and helping with large Crusade Evangelism in Honduras, Panama, Belize and Mexico. His international focus is still Latin America focusing on the Dominican Republic as God has called him there since summer of 2022. Jason continues advancing the Kingdom by establishing New Testament churches and preaching "Christ crucified" to those in the local community and throughout the world.

Patrick and Kee Dizzine are influential parts of the 4 Him Team. Starting in 2021, our ministry joined hands with Patrick and Kee and since then, they have been unstoppable in their ministry, always ready to submit to the callings of the Lord in the name of Jesus. Their gifts of ministry and obedience to God have been a great blessing to those in need.

Jonathan Valentin is our international ambassador for our Latin American missions in the Dominican Republic. Based in La Romana, Jonathan serves our main translator and team coordinator. We met him in 2023 during a church service in the D.R. and he instantly connected with us spiritually. With great knowledge of the needs of the local community, he is able to inform us of the necessary supplies that is needed by the Dominican people. He is a great help to all of our international trips and is always eager to serve the Lord Jesus with a happy heart.

Tom Seymour is our "Men 4 Him" leader. At the age of 7, Tom became an ambassador of Jesus Christ and entered into the ministry through his profession of faith and baptism. Through his youth, he was fully engaged in Kansas City Youth for Christ organization. During high school years, he became a club captain of his group in Spring Hill, Ks. Along with his mother’s talent in music, he played his trumpet in church and at the KCYFC rallies. During his professional years, he was given the gift of teaching. From the jewelry store in KC, to his current 33 years as an owner of his IT business, he doesn’t just ‘talk,' he informs and teaches. Little did he know, he was being equipped by God to teach and train men on the Word of God. He Biblically trains men to step out of passivity and get into proclaiming what God’s Word means to be alert, to stand firm, and to act like men!
