Our goal is to not only grow closer to Christ every day, but to also take the Good News to our communities, country and internationally. Our main international focus as of now is establishing relationships with pastors of the Dominican Republic and throughout the world.

We have been involved with ministry since the early 2000s as our humble beginnings started as we served the Lord in the local church and held at-home bible studies. We have been involved with ministry since the early 2000s as our humble beginnings started as we served the Lord in the local church and held at-home bible studies. From there God called Pastor Jason to bible school and the ministry launched from there. Along the course of time, we have been privileged to minister locally and in several nations of Latin America including Honduras, Panama, Belize, Dominican Republic, and Mexico. Within that time of ministry, we saw the Lord move in mighty ways as we noticed a true hunger for God in those nations. This ministry has always been focused on the 'souls of men' and spreading the Good News to every person.

Beginning late 2020, we as a family began to get involved in local gatherings against unrighteous policies being implemented into U.S. Throughout this time, we were led to begin sharing Jesus and hold evangelistic meetings at the property we assembled at and called it "Liberty Field." Beginning late 2020, we as a family began to get involved in local gatherings against unrighteous policies being implemented into U.S. Throughout this time, we were led to begin sharing Jesus and hold evangelistic meetings at the property we assembled at and called it "Liberty Field." The Lord worked throughout Liberty Field in many wonderful ways, but called us back to doing church services in our homes with only a few families involved. Within this small community of believers, God once again has expanded our calling to minister to Latin America. With only a group of 3 American families, our main country we visit currently is the Dominican Republic. In these trips, we focus on partnering with and supporting local pastors who are often forgotten, in addition to evangelizing and giving supplies to local batey villages. 4 Him Mission is now an international ministry, glory to God!
Meet the 4 Him Mission Leadership Team
Jason Snoddy is the founding Pastor of 4 Him Mission. Born and raised in Texas, he grew up in church and received his salvation at age nine, feeling a call to ministry early in life. After serving in the United States Air Force, Jason earned a degree in Biblical Studies and began leading men’s ministries, prayer groups, home gatherings, and house churches, serving wherever God called him.
He and his wife, Verna, have been married 24 years and minister with their daughter Merci by their side. Over the years, Jason and his family have traveled across the U.S. and Latin America—Honduras, Panama, Belize, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic—preaching the gospel and establishing New Testament churches. Today, his ministry focuses on advancing the Kingdom locally and internationally, sharing the message of “Christ crucified” with communities in need.

Merci Eliseo serves as the International Missions Creative Director at 4 Him Mission, overseeing digital/visual promotions, trip organization, and coordination efforts abroad. A graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Political Science, she brings both academic insight and heartfelt vision to the mission field.
Raised in the church under the pastoral leadership of her parents, she began her mission work in Latin America at age 12. Over the years, her commitment to international ministry has grown deeply personal—especially through her connection to the Dominican Republic and its people, which has become a central focus of her calling and ministry efforts. Her passion for intercessory prayer and her gift of the prophetic have strengthened her and others in the faith. She has a heart on fire for the Lord and is always eager to serve Him in all His ways.

Patrick and Kee Dizzine are influential parts of the 4 Him Team. Starting in 2021, our ministry joined hands with Patrick and Kee and since then, they have been unstoppable in their ministry, always ready to submit to the callings of the Lord in the name of Jesus. Their gifts of ministry and obedience to God have been a great blessing to those in need. Patrick and Kee have a strong desire for missions and to win the lost for Christ. They have faithfully served the Lord not only the local church in America but also in Belize and the Dominican Republic.

Meet Tom Seymour, local Pastor of 4 Him Mission. At the age of 7, Tom became an ambassador of Jesus Christ and entered into the ministry through his profession of faith and baptism. Through his youth, he was fully engaged in Kansas City Youth for Christ organization. During high school years, he became a club captain of his group in Spring Hill, KS. Along with his mother’s talent in music, he played his trumpet in church and at the KCYFC rallies. During his professional years, he was given the gift of teaching. From the jewelry store in KC, to his current 33 years as an owner of his IT business, he doesn’t just ‘talk,' he informs and teaches. Little did he know, he was being equipped by God to teach and train the Word of God. His message is to step out of passivity and get into proclaiming what God’s Word means, to be alert, to stand firm, and to act like children of the Most High God!
